Malia McClain has been our only point of contact in our effort to move a car from our home in California to our Daughter in Washington state.
As this is a new process for us, we have been very dependent on Malia for our education and for assistance in navigating this process.
Malia has been extremely courteous, caring, informative and effective in her role.
As we have not yet initiated the move (the pick-up date is approximately 29 November, 2015), we cannot comment on the carrier or the condition of the car.
