I was very anxious when deciding to transport my car cross country, from California to North Carolina, I researched several companies before finally selecting Auto Shipping Group, Inc. From the fiirst phone call to get basic information to the minute I was handed my car keys, (9 days later) I was very satisfied with the service I received.

Felicia Williams kept in touch with me every step of the way with either a phone call or a text message. I was given exact detailed information about the procedure, and it was followed through exactly as it was explained from day one. I knew where my car was every step of the way, as I was given the phone number and name of the driver and was able to call or text him any time to check on his location. We were given 1 day notice the day before pick up and an estimated time for pick up and on the day of pick up was given a one hour notice before pick up. The same happened prior to delivery. It made a very smooth transition at both ends. Except for road dust, which was expected on an open carrier, my car arrived in the same condition as it was when it was picked up.

I was very satisfied with the personal, professional and courteous service I received from both Felicia Williams and the driver Harry. I would not hesitate to recommend their service to others in need of transporting a vehicle.
