This is by far, one of the best customer service experiences I've had with a vehicle being shipped across state lines. This would be my 3rd vehicle shipped.

I spoke to Lance and needed my truck shipped and at the last min, even though all the other carriers said they couldn't do it, he was able to get a carrier to pickup the vehicle the next day. It was picked up a few hours later as the weather was pretty bad.
All the paper work was handled and signed electronically at my convenience.
During shipment, the carrier actually broke down 4 hours away from my house. Lance was quick to find out what went wrong, keeping me informed the entire time, as well as finding a way to rectify the situation.
After several texts, emails and calls back and forth, he was able to get the carrier close enough to me when I could collect the vehicle.
Vehicle arrived safe, in one piece and exactly as described.
Even though the carrier broke down and I received the vehicle half a day after it was originally scheduled, it still well within the quoted time. Basically they give you a window, 5 to 7 days for delivery, then they try to schedule a delivery date. My schedule, even though late, was still ahead of the 5 to 7 day window. 3 days total time from Arizona to Fort Lauderdale, FL. That's pretty fast.

Absolutely will use them again as well as recommend them to others.
