My contact was Felicia Williams, who represented the company with exceptional professionalism and made me feel as though my vehicle was the top priority of the company. As soon as we agreed on a pick up schedule, the transport service was promptly in contact with me. The hand-off of my vehicle transpired as expected- as described by Feilicia. The only surprise was the simplicity of entire process. Felicia remained in constant contact by phone, text and email. She was even available after-hours and over the weekend to assure the vehicle was promptly received. On the day of delivery, my parents promptly received the vehicle with courteous service. The experience could not have been simpler and worry-free. I would certainly call on Auto Shipping Group for my next transport and highly recommend their service and expertise. Thanks again, Felicia!
