Heidi was great, she got the company to match a low quote and get it scheduled to be picked up within a day, I couldn't have asked for more. The shipper was a little more difficult to deal with compared to the expectation that Heidi set. Would definitely use her again, but hope they contract with a shipper who is a little more reliable. Late pickup and delivery were not Heidi's fault, there were issues with the truck, and only giving 20 minutes notice before they wanted to drop it off. I accepted Heidi's offer on a Monday and the truck was supposed to pick up Tuesday but broke down, ended up picking up Wednesday to deliver on Thursday, but due to the minimal notice they were unable to deliver until the following Tuesday. Once again, Heidi did all that she could, and I am extremely satisfied with her service!
