My first contact with Felicia was very pleasant. Felicia possessed a happy and welcoming personality. Felicia was knowledgeable about the trucking industry and answered my questions precisely and confidently. The trucking company was delayed picking up my vehicle which they excused due to mechanical problems. I was later advised upon delivery the delay was due to lack of vehicles to transport and the trucking company did not want to return without a full load. Felicia was wonderful about providing me updates on text. Although I was not extremely satisfied with the trucking companies delay, I understand Felicia does not have complete control over them. Great job with customer service Felicia. You are an asset to ASG.
