I will get to the point.
Pick up was arranged two days before the pickup date. Pick up driver called same day saying he will come by around 3~4pm. He called again around 10am, asking if he can pick it up around noon.
I said ok since I will be home by then.
He showed up around noon and took the car. No problem.
I received a text message few days before arrival. No problem.


Few things I want to point out:
1. Pick up and drop off driver are not same as they advertised. (No big issues tho)
2. They didn't drop off at the designated location I arranged (they were saying their truck is too big to go there). So I took a taxi cab for 2 miles to meet them up.
3. Delivery date was met.
4. Drop off time kept changed from 1pm to 5pm. (confusing)
5. Greg, broker, was prompt and took care of me till everything is complete.
6. Broker was flexible with payment method.
7. Overall service was above average (Only great service from Greg).
