This was my second time shipping a vehicle with this company. I specifically sought them out again as I was so pleased with their service the first time. The second time did not disappoint. The staff, especially Felicia, was courteous, patient, and prompt with their responses. I was always able to get a live person when I had a question. The gentleman driving the vehicle was professional and courteous. It was never rushed and I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted as I observed him loading the vehicle. My car arrived in South Carolina earlier than expected, which was quite a surprise given the horrendous weather the state was experiencing at the time. It was in excellent condition.

I can't recommend this company, or Felicia enough! I wish all transport companies were as professional, reliable, and courteous as these individuals.!!
