Kim's customer service when I called led me to choose her company for this contract even though they were not the very cheapest- however, they were just slightly more.

Kim was extraordinarily responsive on both email and phone as the vehicle was picked up for shipment almost immediately, and we both moved quickly to lock it down to expedite pickup/delivery.
