Kim was the lady that helped me, I called and got everything set then, boom a delay from the dealer. So she was on standby for me. Called them Friday late morning and they had a truck that could get the car in 2 hours from the Houston, TX pick up. The next day he is in Albertville, AL and I'm getting the keys. Never expected to get the car within 24 hours so it was a very nice suprise. I had so many issues between the bank and the dealership getting thier stuff squared away. When I talked to Kim she made everything good again. Highly recommended!
