I asked Auto Shipping Group to help arrange shipping my daughter's car to school in Atlanta. Dealing with Chell Hart was easy and she explained the process clearly. We elected to do enclosed transport because the car is fairly new and in great shape. It took about 7 days after setting up the shipping for a trucker to accept the bid. After that things moved quickly and very smoothly. The car was picked up in a school parking lot 1/4 mile from my house and it took the expected amount of time to arrive in Atlanta. The only hitch was that the driver asked my daughter to meet him a bit away from her house (20 minutes), which wasn't the original expectation and led her to needing to get a friend to drive her to meet the truck. This went smoothly though and wasn't a big problem but it would have been better to know about this upfront. It also had nothing to do with Auto Shipping Group but was instead something that the actual trucker sought.

The car arrived in fine shape with no damage. The price was what I expected for enclosed transport cross-country.

**Chell Hart (360) 464-1039 chellh@autoshippinggroup.com** Dear SP, You were a great partner in transporting your daughter's vehicle to her! I wish all parents were as involved with their grown little ones... I was a bit miffed that the carriers asked your girl to go so far from the agreed upon delivery location without clarifying with any of us if it was something we could do! Your daughter did a great job getting the carrier to come closer so her friend could bring her to her vehicle. I was happy that you knew you could reach out over the weekends at my off-hours # and be able to have me help from home.
