Overall, I had a positive experience. There was enough communication between myself and the contact person; much of the information about delivery pick up and drop off was between myself and the driver, so I didn't have to wait for updates, which I appreciated. Everything was accurate, only minimal differences between the time pick up/drop off was estimated and when I actually got my car. Easy enough process.
