Felicia was helpful and available from the initial quote through the process of finding a carrier and making sure that the delivery went smoothly. When the carrier company changed my delivery date last minute with the excuse that delivery dates are "always an estimation" Felicia got on the phone and made sure that my car got on to a truck so that it arrived as soon as possible to the destination. She was immediately available for feedback and help throughout the process via phone, text message, and email. This level of communication went above and beyond my expectations and helped to make the process as smooth as possible. The drivers were similarly kind and professional and Felicia made sure to check in on my experiences with them as well. Traffic and miscommunications will happen but it is nice to know that people like Felicia are trying to help and listen to make sure that you have your car when you need it.
