Timely pick up and delivery of car before the promised date. Felicia informed me every thing about process and assured me for the early pickup.
The truck company was I&K something, and driver at pick up said that there is more than 350 lbs stuff in boot and charged extra $175 for it. But boot had my Hurom Juicer and kitchen utensil set, which is not the 350 lb.
It is good learning for me, handover the car to carrier before leaving the place.
