I was shipping my car for the first time so I was quite nervous and had tons of questions. Stephanie was very patient answering my questions and she explained everything to me in details. What I liked about her is that she was not at all aggressive like sales reps at other companies. She was always available to talk as I contacted her multiple times throughout the transport. The car came in excellent condition.
