This was my second time shipping a vehicle, and both ASG and Chell Hart exceeded my expectations in truthfulness, customer service, and reliability. Chell Hart went above and beyond by maintaining regular contact with myself and the truck. The entire process was very quick, from the time I filled out the paperwork, to the vehicle being loaded, and then delivered. The important qualities that made ASG stand out was Chell Hart's complete honesty. Everything she promised happened, at no point did I feel like I was being gamed or cheated. She was very easy to get a hold of, and was always taking the initiative to find the status of my shipment in order to notify me. This was a stress free, very easy, and affordable price transaction. I highly recommend Chell Hart from ASG and will definitely do business with her agian the next time I have to ship my vehicle.
