This is my first time shipping my car, and I am really happy with the service provided by auto shipping group. The customer service person (Felicia) was extremely patient and helped me get a good quote to ship my car from Raleigh to California. I received a call a day before my car was going to be shipped, with the approximate time frame they would be picking up the car, and I also got a follow up call on the day of shipping, and what I really liked about the entire thing is, everything - the pick up, drop off was on time with proper scheduling and planning. This gave me a sense of relief since I was also on the process of shifting. Overall, I wasn't worried about anything, as they took care of everything :)
