Magic Auto Transport (also doing business as, Auto Shipping Group) was the broker that took my information and set me up with Northwest Transport LLC, the moving company that actually transported my Honda Accord to Houston from Seattle. Easy, fast communication with my broker, Lance Staab. Professional, honest, explains things clearly. Initial price quote was for $976 but changed to $1000, because per his comment, that is the price that NW Transport agreed to move the car for.

I was in no rush to move the car and car was picked up approximately 10 days after initial communication with Lance. Everything on his end, went smoothly. The actual trucking company, came one day earlier than the agreed upon pick up date (which was mildly inconvenient) since I scheduled pick up on my day off from work, fortunately, my wife was home. I guess one day early would be better than one day if I was under a time crunch to get my care delivered.

When my car arrived, as I was worried, the truck driver has more say in where he can "safely" deliver your car [which given the location] we picked is free of low lying trees and objects, but he balked at delivering it to my son's university stadium parking lot. My son had to scramble to try to get to a location 10 minutes plus away by car. Don't be intimidated to ask that they be more flexible about location, when it is "door to door" service.

Ultimately, the driver of the truck, unloaded my car, drove it to my son's college and my son drove him back to his truck (which was not expected by the driver). He was going to take a taxi back, but we provided a ride back. Driver was professional, but asked initially, for my son to take a taxi to the pick up spot...yada yada yada.
