I have used this company multiple times and have no issues in the past. This time around was not Lance's fault, but the actual shipping company contracted. They were late picking up and dropping off. After calling the number provided, I finally reached someone who spoke no English and had to call a handful of different numbers to finally reach someone who spoke English. Again, this was not Lance's fault one bit. He actually took phone calls from me after hours (while he was at home) helping track down the contractor. I will recommend Lance but I would suggest not using the company that was contracted to ship my vehicle.
