I was contacted each step of the process. Entire process went smooth as can be expected. Good communications from drivers. Tampa FL is very congested. Driver found a place to pick up and called me to meet him. delivery was done with smaller carrier as I live in a rural area with low wires and trees. Would recommend company no problem.
