Kim did a GREAT job from booking my daughters vehicle from Honolulu to Long Beach port, then getting it transported to Thatcher Arizona to her door. I was very apprehensive after reading reviews of horror stories from various companies, Kim eased that feeling. She kept in touch with me every step of the way and would reply ASAP when a question would arise. Don't hesitate to go with this company and ask for Kim she'll take care of every step for you. I plan on sending another vehicle this time to Oregon for the other daughter and will definitely seek out Kim.
