2003 Mercedes Benz delivery

I had my son, with whom I was visiting for the Christmas season and purchased this vehicle from, research delivery prospects. He had presented many of which I had made contact with and made a decision to choose The Auto Shipping Group to process my request. My first contact with Lance Staab, ASG's representative, was by phone and he was very personable and pleasant. He was very professional and very understanding of my circumstances. The price he submitted was a bit loweat $600.00, than I would have thought for delivery. The bid that I accepted was more in the range that I had expected. I had requested of him, being as I have never had a vehicle delivered prior to this, that he submit to me only a carrier that he had previous acceptable experience with.
Upon reciept of delivery I at first did not even recognize my vehicle due to the dirty condition, black almost white with salt spray. The driver explained that my vehicle was on the top level of the carrier and that, as I had known, due to road conditions, salt spray and whatever debris would be deposited on my shiny new car. Totally out of his control. The operator was very polite and understanding of my concerns and explained that if after a thorough inspection, of a clean vehicle, I had discovered any damage I was at liberty to submit a detailed damage report.There was no visible damage, after a thorough cleaning, to my vehicle and upon further inspection there was no damage whatsoever.
I am very pleased with the courtesy and speed of the delivery ofthe overall transaction. A very dependable and expenient service that I would recommend to others in need of such services.
