Customer service was excellent. I called to get a quote on a Monday, December 29th and they were able to find a carrier for me to pick up my vehicle on Wednesday December 31st. It was perfect timing because my flight was on Thursday , January 1st. I was very pleased because I was able to meet the carrier before I left out of town. Instead of me having to wait they were able to find a carrier as soon as possible. I was really overjoyed and excited when the carrier called me and told me my vehicle had already made it. They told me that my vehicle would be delivered on January 7th which is a Wednesday but it got delivered on Saturday January the 3rd! It got here three days early!!! So the total transit time was only three days. I highly recommend you go through Lance for all your car shipping
needs. Both Lance and the carrier were very helpful, outstanding, and a pleasure to work with. If I had to do it all over again I would definitely do so.
