Ms Felicia did a great job with keeping me updated with the status of my vehicle shipment on and off duty by taking that extra mile going out of her way. Despite canceling she still maintained a high level of professionalism which makes me want to do business with you guys in the future and refer you guys to friends as well. When working with ASG we don't charge a single penny until the vehicle is scheduled to load so there's no risk of losing money. We don't have contracts or cancellations fees either.
