ASG was brokering a deal to transport two vehicles from CA to VA. Initial contact was good and I had no concerns. SAM ANDERSON contacted me on who the carrier would be and I contacted the carrier. I informed SAM on the dates and something was amiss. SAM contacted carrier to verify. SAM re-contacted me with a NEW carrier. The first carrier seem intended on getting to VA before me and was to hold vehicle in storage for a possible unknown fee. Did not seem right.

SAM informed me of the second carrier which I contacted and made arrangements for the pick up.

I received a call from the carrier while I was enroute to VA and carrier was in VA, 2 days before I was to arrive in VA. I contacted SAM and although there was a storage fee, I guess she negotiated a lower storage rate.

Vehicles arrived safe, with no damage. Picking up cars form storage yard was fairly easy and overall cost was fair.

Auto Shipping group brokered a good deal and were professional, courteous and knowledgable during the process.

I know moving into a new home thousands of miles from the old one can be stressful. I always try to give customers the top notch service they deserve. Carriers run on their own schedules and getting there early, if possible, is good for their bottom line. You felt more comfortable with paying storage than requesting assistance with the early delivery from strangers in a new area. Everything worked out well.
