I worked with Martha. She provided excellent customer service. This was my first time shipping a car and she walked me through the process. She was honest throughout the entire process and I would use the company again. The only con was that I was quoted around $450 with the max $550 but end up paying $620. Martha knocked some funds off because at first it was $650. She worked with me considering she quoted a lower price. I advise anyone that is getting their car shipped to make sure you have extra cash on hand. Also, the pick up time with the company was crazy. They told us a time and was not present until a few hours later. However, I believe it was out of Martha's control. However, whenever I called Martha she was there for me and make me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. It was never a problem getting a hold of her. We had a major time difference and she even answered the phone at night and early in the mornings...only because I had a million questions and she answered all them. The drop off time was perfect b/c I arranged to have them call me while they are at the location. Therefore, I could head back to work. There was no damages to my car. I would say that it was a very fast delivery. I don't regret nothing about my experience and would recommend anyone to go through the company and request to work directly with Martha.

I'm sorry the price went up a bit, the reason why is because you needed a quicker pick up, we needed to offer more money in order to get you pick up faster.
