Auto Shipping Group Inc. is an A++ operation in my experience. Timely. Trustworthy. Unfailingly professional. Delivered. Tige Yeargin called me immediately upon receiving my request for a quote. When it became obvious to him that I was a novice, he took the time to walk me through the process in a way that made me trust him and want to do business with him. He was very clear about who was getting paid what and what I should expect. He helped me weigh the pluses and minuses of ope versus enclosed transport (I went with enclosed). He decoded the role of the broker, the central dispatch and the shipper. He answered stupid questions without rancor and was unfailingly professional throughout the process. The shipper he connected me with VIP Transport was A++. They did exactly what they said they were going to do. They accomodated a re-routing request onto the island of Manhattan, a fate worse than death for a truck of any length, without any pushback. A top shelf experience from start to finish.
