Malia was very helpful. Even though I knew nothing about the service, she explained everything involved to me and even gave me hints and pointers about the industry, do's and dont's. She was the point of contact between me and the carrier at all times which was really helpful. She also followed up with me on the phone every week after the pick up was scheduled. If I ever move again I will definitely call her again and recommend her to anybody needing shipping
