Jeff at Auto Shipping is a great coordinator and conducts himself in a very professional and personable manner. This was my second time using his services. Firt time shipping to Maryland from CA was awsome without a glitch. However, when shipping back my car from Maryland to CA, the assigned trucking company was late and did not pick up my car as originally scheduled which put me in a bad predicament. Jeff at Auto Shipping was able to find another trucking company (Abraham) to pick up my car in the last moment as I was ready to fly back. Overall, dealing with Jeff has been great but the second time around, I had a very bad experience as the car was not picked up as had been originally scheduled.
