This is the first vehicle I have transported and Felicia made the process easy, I received multiple calls from companies from the web, But back in March Felicia Came across as being honest. I was not able to ship for 3 months till the vehicle was available to me, and Once I called Felicia she found a truck that could handle the route with in a few days. She was on top of the full process and provide updates and calls. She was their to answer questions, always returned calls by voice or tex message letting me know I was not alone in the process. I will be keeping her number for friends or the next vehicle I need to transport.

The process was basically provide info of pick up and drop off they provide 3 price options, and explained the process. They found a truck with in 6 days, pick up was next day and the vehicle was on its way. The truck arrived 3 days ahead of schedule and my daughter who received the car had the vehicle with in about 15 minutes after the driver arrived. The driver call in advance to arrange the drop off. Quick and easy. From my end I could not be home at time of pick up so we were able to work it out for a pick up with out being their.

Felicia made this process easy and even followed up to check on how the trucking company did.
