Chek was in contact with me from the get go. I explained that I was wary of having the car shipped as I had been burned in the last. Chell immediately put me at ease, and was quick to ship. She was always there when I called, and was quick to call back when she was busy. Initially, there was a problem trying to get in touch with the carrier, and Chell was like a true professional and was on the phone getting them to contact me.
I was not worried through the whole thing, and the car came thru safe and sound.

I applaud Chell and her company, as she did a marvelous job. If I was her boss , I'd give her. A huge bonus, for going above and beyond in keeping me up to date. I would recommend her to everyone and will!!
I would use her expertise again if needed. I will save her number!!

CHELL HART ***(260) 207-5490*** Paul! I was so honored to be able to work with you on this cross-country adventure! I took it as a personal challenge to prove that there ARE good brokers and decent carriers to be found in this industry. I was a touch worried when the carrier had a small delay on the delivery end, but was happy that the level of communication all the way around resolved any small issues before they became a serious traffic jam.. (Pun intended) I will look forward to serving you, your friends, and family in the future!
