I was very pleased with the overall support Brandon provided, as well as the carrier driver, Gabriel with Diesel Express.
After my getting past the numerous different bidders telling me how great they are, how great their agency is, how I should avoid all those bad groups, and all the computer generated follow-ups (an unfortunate result of our modern digital age) I was able to make a somewhat personal connection with Brandon. After an initial quote of almost $1400.00, Brandon suggested I move the destination point to a more attractive location. I was able to accommodate that suggestion, and the 20 mile difference saved me almost $200.00 in the final cost.

Gabriel first contacted me when he was 24 hours out to inform me of his progress and confirm the location and time of delivery. We even discussed how much lead time I would need to arrive at the drop off point. A final call from Gabriel was to inform me that he was being delayed due to unexpected traffic conditions. Once he was past the congestion, he proceeded without further incident. We then inspected my auto and while he swiftly unloaded the vehicle, I performed a cursory inspection of his rig. It was in top shape and he took pride in keeping that way.

I hope to never have to ship a vehicle again, as I enjoy the driving too much, but if it becomes necessary, I would try to engage this team once more.
