I received great phone service, but once it was out of the hands of the broker office, the company S.E.I. was poor in communication, didn't take calls to avoid accountability, and over promised/under delivered when it came to times and dates of delivery.

Luckily, I had a spare vehicle from friends. Broker, was cordial. Transport company, well, if accuracy and promptness are key you may consider looking else where. Just being honest.
