Let me start by saying this is a real account of my transaction. I requested a quote to Magic Carpet Auto Transport on 1/6/2014 and contracted with them on 1/7/2014 to find my 2012 Mini Cooper Clubman a ride to Reno, NV. I was promised by the Magic Carpet representative to have the car picked up by 1/10/2014 and delivered to Reno by 1/15/2014. All promises and dates where met, and this transaction went VERY SMOOTHLY. In fact, the car arrived on 1/11/2014 (4 days earlier than my required deadline). I am very pleased with both Magic Carpet Auto Transport, and the auto carrier (Stone Place Farms, LLC). Magic Carpet was very responsive and returned my phone calls in a timely manner. I never worried about my car during this entire process. I highly recommend the use of Magic Carpet Auto Transport, and especially Rod Westlund (my main contact). He proved to be a straight shooter and most importantly...kept to his word. You hear a lot of horror stories about the auto transportation business, but that is NOT the case here! I will use this company again in the future. Thanks Magic Carpet, and thank you Rod.
