Malia went above and beyond in her efforts to make this process as easy as possible for our 92 year old mother. Her customer service was absolutely extraordinary and I cannot possibly say enough wonderful things about her. I had made the necessary arrangements for the care on my mother's behalf and live in NC. There were some glitches on the transporter's part, however, Malia stepped in to calm my mother's anxiety and took the necessary steps to be sure everything was taken care of. You all are very fortunate to have such an exemplary employee. Wonderful, wonderful service on her part.

MALIA 360-853-2806 5+ YEARS WITH CASCADE!! Jackie.......you brought tears to my eyes. How very kind you are to say such wonderful things about me, you and your sweet mother on the other hand were totally awesome customers and I very much enjoyed working with you. My father is 93 years old and trust me I do understand how difficult it must be for your mother to be relocating at such a late time in her life as my father recently did the same.
