Overall very good. Courteous and hard working.Had some issues coordinating pick-up due to personal travel changes and personnel problems at Magic Carpet, but nothing I would hold against them. They treated me well and worked with me when I had to change dates on short notice. Agreed pick up was a day late due to weather. Car arrived dirty because of bad weather. Again, nothing I'd hold against them given that I choose an open carrier. I am happy with their service and would use again.
