Poor Service & Threat from Transport Company

The price and initial customer service was fine and acceptable. The problem stated with the Transport Company. I was not clear that this service was just a broker and these were not their trucks or drivers. I was assigned to J.G. Auto Carrier. The driver came a day early and not on time. hen my car was pulled to the top and hung/parked at almost a 45 degree angle over the drivers cab. It looked like it would fall. Because of this angle the fluids in my car all ran to the front and impact permanence after it was unloaded. Unless you car is stored at a more event level I would decline the transport.

The representatives at the transport company spoke really poor English and were hard to understand. They were rude and made threats.

I was never told that I had to have a check for the driver upon delivery. Since I contacted for service and provided my credit card form of payment to them, it was my understanding that all costs were charged by them. This made the delivery even more stressful as I did not have cash and they demanded cash for the payment. After a heated disputr they accepted a check.

I would never use these services again.

Mike...we were able to find a carrier the day you placed the order. Some times the carriers change their business practices before we know. I did explain everything to you regarding payment, however it was a busy time for you and you may have misinterpreted my directions. I sincerely apologize for any issues you felt that may have not gone as planned. We did get your car delivered early. We will follow up with the carrier and make them aware of your concerns.
