The worst customer experience I have ever had in my whole life. They keep lying and say they have a driver , car never gets picked up. They don’t answer the phone most of the time . When they do, they give you the run around every time . Put you on hold, never come back. What’s worse is everyday they lead you to believe that your car is being picked up tomorrow , and it never gets picked up. They took my deposit , haven’t refunded me. It’s going on 2 weeks . I’ve been trying to cancel for days, but can’t get a hold of anyone . So it’s hard to get someone else to ship car. Since I’m listed with them. I don’t know what’s actually going on there . They are some of the most horrible people I have ever delt with. They have ruined 2 weeks of my life .
