I can’t say enough about Auto J&D Transportation, and most importantly, Mark Randall, the coordinator that took care of me.
I had gotten a quote from Auto J&D, along with several other companies, to find the cheapest way to transport my vehicle. I originally chose another company because they quoted a better price. When I got a follow-up call from Mark, I told him I was going with another company because of the lower price. He immediately had suspicions when I told him the quoted price. He gave me another follow-up call a couple of days later to see if I got my car transported yet and I told him the company had not gotten back with me. He then informed me that he noticed my info in the system (which is visible to all transport companies) with a much higher transport price than was quoted to me. I called the other company and discovered they were doing a “bait and switch” on me which would have cost me $200 more than their promised price. I immediately cancelled the other company and booked with Auto J&D. Mark saved me a lot of money and hassle! He had a truck scheduled right away and I was charged the price quoted. No hidden fees. My car was delivered the next day without any problems.
I know now that there are many shady companies out there in the transport business. Auto J&D Transportation is honest, ethical and very professional. And Mark Randall is my hero!
