I called and Spoke to Jason who was really nice, fiendly and helpful. We started to get the reservation rolling with all the information and everything seemed that it was going to work out. Well after the conpany had gotten all of my information I was waiting for some type of confirmation with the info so I know the pick up and drop is good to go. About 2 days later I had not received anything to I called and left a voicemail because they did not answer. The next day I did not get any call, text, or email back. So I called them back again left another voice mail and sent them a text message. Next day still nothing. I tried contacting them again, this time calling with voicemail, text, and email. Of course i wait and still nothing. So its been almost a week since the start of the process and they can't get back to me. It makes me think they don't have a driver and if something were to happen to my vehicle or transportation timeline they would just ignore my calls and messages again which is kinda scary. Maybe something happened and they went out of business overnight??
