Junior was very responsive. He made sure to stay in touch during the entire process and followed up on delivery ETA. At the start, he provided a quote which may have proven to be too aggressive, but he held his price. Because the price was aggressive, I think he had to work harder to get the delivery done on time. It was a little slower than expected (holidays also had an effect, I'm sure) but I was satisfied because of Junior's focus and commitment to the quoted price.
