Horrible Service, Delayed Delivery, and Unprofessional Handling of Damages

Communication was horrible. They showed up four days late. The driver failed to complete the standard inspection when he picked up the vehicle. He wanted me to sign an electronic form stating the vehicle was delivered as expected on the date I was told it would arrive. I pointed out scratches on this $100K+ vehicle that weren’t in the dealership’s original photos. I asked the driver to add photos of the scratches to the delivery report and note that it arrived four days late. He refused. I told him I’d escalate the matter and wished him well. It was a bizarre experience that left a lot to be desired.
