I am beyond frustrated with this auto transportation company. From start to finish, they demonstrated nothing but unprofessionalism and dishonesty. The entire operation seems to be built on lies from top to bottom. I was misled from the moment I first contacted them, with promises that were never kept. The worst part? The woman named Dina, who was not only rude but completely disrespectful. She was unhelpful and dismissive whenever I tried to get any updates on my car’s status. This company is completely unresponsive – I had to repeatedly reach out for any form of communication. They failed to provide any timely updates, and when I did hear from them, it was often vague or misleading. To make matters worse, Dina’s behavior was unacceptable. She was condescending, unprofessional, and never took accountability for the mistakes or delays. They also overcharged me for the service, and even though I raised concerns about the cost and the lack of proper service, I was ignored. It’s clear that this company does not care about its customers and is only interested in making money at any cost, even if it means lying to and mistreating people. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone, and I highly suggest you avoid them at all costs. This has been one of the most frustrating and disappointing experiences I’ve had with any business. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.
