I had an extremely frustrating experience with this transportation company. Not only was my car damaged during transport, but they also charged me an outrageous fee that far exceeded the initial quote. Communication was virtually nonexistent – I had to repeatedly follow up to get any information about my car’s status. To make things worse, there were significant delays in the delivery, and no one informed me ahead of time.
It’s clear that this company has no regard for its customers and fails to take accountability for their actions. I would not recommend them to anyone and will be seeking compensation for both the damages and overcharging. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!
