after a bad experience with a large national player in the shipping scene (days-long delays, neither the driver nor anyone from the shipping co office would respond to calls/emails/text messages), i wanted to find a company with a reputation for good customer service. In all the searches i did, Angels Moving Autos kept coming up, so i got a quote. I was pleased to find their price was actually cheaper than the big player i mentioned! Angels' original quote indicated that as of the date/time i told them the car was ready to pick up, it would take them a few days for them to find a carrier/driver and for the car to be picked up, and then it would take 2-3 days in transit. That seemed to be the industry standard. At 1pm on a Wednesday I told them the car was ready to go...8 hours later, it was being loaded into a trailer in VA. The next evening, it arrived at my home in MI. The ladies at Angels were very helpful, the shipping process worked exactly as they said it would, they beat all estimated deadlines, and the driver they used was very professional, and very communicative. i am extremely glad i used Angels, will absolutely use them for any future car-shipping needs, and recommend them to everyone who needs to ship a car.
