Awful customer service

I originally spoke to gentleman that was very nice an Frindley at first and told me that he could deliver my truck for a very reasonable amount on July 2 of 2018. I told him to go head and set up it up, then he asked for my credit card. I went ahead and gave it to him, After I did that he said he would called me back and after lunch and he never did. I then recienved and email requesting a signature for a contract ( docu sign ) After calling for days and not getting an answer I finally got someone to answer the phone, to tell me that everything was ready and that they were waiting on the driver to sign an contract that I would hear back from them by the end of the day. Again I never heard back. Days went by and it’s now Friday I called to asked more questions, I called and called and finally a guy supper rud and with the worst of attitudes ever calls me back and says. Yeah !!! Did you call this number like six times ? I was like yeah !!! So I said to him dude what’s with the eattitude he says “get off my phone youn “DICK HEAD WHOLE “ “Stupid you don’t know what you are doing” I asked him to cancel my order he said I have no authority to do that I said well transfer me to somebody that can. And he hung up on me. I called and called and he would pick up and a hang up. My wife was able to call customer service and cancel the delivery. But please do not use this company They represantives are only nice at first to get your money after that good luck to get them to answer the phone. Funny thing is that would call you like crazy at first to try to earn your busines.
