This is the first negative review i have ever made on any company to go public. i always try to work things out. Here is the story. Three days before pick-up they raised the rate by $125.00. Pick-up was after i left town, as they were 3 hours late from promise time. car was supposed to be delivered on Wednesday. it is now Friday and the driver will still not tell me when i will get the car. Customer Service does not respond to phone calls or e-mails or text. Do not ever use this company, if you expect to see your car when promised.
