I needed my car transported from MI to NV. Driver called the night before scheduled pick up date to let me know the truck was in the shop and he would be unable to pick up my car. Left message for Jorge as soon as I was notified of this, who did not return my call until the following afternoon. Was in a bind, with needing my car transported to Nevada ASAP so contacted another company who were able to pick up my car the next day. When Jorge had finally returned my call from the night before, he was very unprofessional and defensive. Arguing with me that I did not give him a chance to find another driver, and proceeded to hang-up on me during the call. He did not answer my phone call when I attempted to call him back after this. Very rude and unprofessional. Mind you, they charged me a $150 deposit before they had even picked up my car. Waiting for this to be refunded...
