Would give neg. Star if I could. . . Used Roger @Amer transport before and got job done but never delivered on time as promised so I was a repeat customer. (Not a random job)
They took a job to move Limo from OK to GA. Quoted price and made me sign contract and billed me. 2 weeks later still no limo delivered and constantly asking for more money. (If i misquoted a customer I would have to "eat the cost" )
After 2 weeks of nothing but delays and broken down trucks. . . Instead of being a professional company. Roger of American transport just ignored calls / never called back or wrote back and finially refunded money from a random Customer service agent and they walked away. NO SOLUTIONS NO HELP JUST WALKED AWAY WHEN TROUBLE HIT. I had to go out and pick it up and drive it here (totally what we tried not to do) thx for all the help Amer Transport !!!
Will never use them again and will make sure everyone I know in transport industry stays away. They are a joke.
