I dealt with Roger. I was told that he’d get back in touch with me once the contract was signed. After I signed the contract I could not get back in touch with him and left several voicemails. When I tried to reach the customer service line I was told my pick up was scheduled for Monday but they had no driver yet. How can you schedule a day with no driver. They then told me they would get in contact with dispatch and give me a call. Hours went by with no call back. When I called back the lady had an attitude and said “as I said before we don’t hav many drivers and we’re behind!” We’ll Roger told me that they would be able to bring my car as soon as possible and apparently he lied! I am a single mother who is now stuck without a car for who knows how long because of their lies!
